基本上所有的按钮开关上面都有图形符号以及文字符号，其中按钮文字符号为SB；试验按钮文字符号为SE；复归按钮文字符号位SR。

　　按钮开关在使用的过程中要经常对其工作环境进行检查，以便延长按钮开关的使用时长。

　　1.应经常检查按钮，清除其上的污垢。由于按钮的触头间距较小，经多年使用或密封件不好时，尘埃或机油各阶乳化液等流入，会造成绝缘降低甚至发生短路事故。对于这种情况，必须进行绝缘和清洁处理，并采取相应的密封措施。

　　1. Check the button frequently to remove the dirt on it. Due to the small contact spacing of the button, dust or oil emulsion will flow into the button after years of use or when the seal is not good, which will cause insulation reduction and even short circuit accident. In this case, insulation and cleaning must be carried out and corresponding sealing measures should be taken.

　　2.按钮用于高温场合时，易使塑料变形老化，导致按钮松动，引起接线螺钉间相碰短路。可根据情况在安装时加一个紧固圈拧紧使用，也可在接线螺钉处加套绝缘塑料管来防止松动。

　　2. When the button is used in high temperature situation, it is easy to cause plastic deformation and aging, resulting in loose button and short circuit between connecting screws. According to the situation, a fastening ring can be added for tightening during installation, and insulating plastic pipe can be added at the wiring screw to prevent loosening.

　　3.带指示灯的按钮由于灯泡要发热，时间长时易使塑料灯罩变形造成更换灯泡困难。因此不宜用在通电时间较长的地方；若欲使用，可适当降低灯泡电压，延长其使用寿命。

　　3. The button with indicator light is easy to deform the plastic lampshade for a long time due to the bulb heating, which makes it difficult to replace the bulb. Therefore, it is not suitable to be used in the place with long power on time; if you want to use it, you can appropriately reduce the bulb voltage and prolong its service life.

　　4.若发现按钮开关接触不良，则应查明原因：若是触点表面有损伤，可用细锉修整；若是接触面有尘垢或烟灰，宜用清洁的蘸有溶剂的棉布揩拭干净；若是触点弹簧失效，就应予以更换；若触点严重烧损时，则应更换产品。

　　4. If poor contact is found, find out the cause: if the contact surface is damaged, it can be repaired with a fine file; if there is dirt or soot on the contact surface, wipe it with a clean cotton cloth dipped in solvent; if the contact spring fails, it should be replaced; if the contact is seriously burned, the product should be replaced.
