  直流散热风扇的功率因数远高于感应电机,由于直流电机的励磁磁场不需要电网的无功电流。直流电机可以运行于1功率因数,这对小功率电机极为有利。电机与感应电机相比不但额定负载时具有更高的效率和功率因数,而且在轻载时更具有优势。

  The power factor of DC cooling fan is much higher than that of induction motor, because the excitation magnetic field of DC motor does not need the reactive current of power grid. DC motor can operate at 1 power factor, which is very beneficial to small power motor. Compared with induction motor, the motor not only has higher efficiency and power factor at rated load, but also has advantages in light load.

  2、逆变器成本低,逆变器容量低

  2. The inverter has low cost and low capacity

  逆变器继续运行时的电流,额定值说的是矩形波的峰值,感应电机需要正弦波电流,直流电动机需要矩形波电流。

  When the inverter continues to operate, the rated value refers to the peak value of the rectangular wave. The induction motor needs the sine wave current, and the DC motor needs the rectangular wave current.

  逆变器继续运行时的电流额定值一般指的这个正弦波的有效值。为坚持逆变器对电动机电流的控制能力,逆变器直流电压与电动机感应电动势间应有足够的差值。

  When the inverter continues to operate, the current rating generally refers to the effective value of the sine wave. In order to maintain the control ability of inverter to motor current, there should be enough difference between inverter DC voltage and motor induced electromotive force.

  这种情况下,若假定直流电动机和感应电动机电流的峰值相等,则前者功率输出要比后者高出33%,也就是说,同一台整流器/逆变器可以驱动比感应电机输出功率高出33%无刷直流电动机。

  In this case, if the peak current of DC motor and induction motor are equal, the power output of the former is 33% higher than that of the latter, that is to say, the same rectifier / inverter can drive a brushless DC motor 33% higher than that of the induction motor.

  3、损耗小、效率高

  3. Low loss and high efficiency

  消除了感应电机励磁电流产生的损耗,同时永磁直流电动机工作于同步运行方式,因为采用了永磁体励磁。

  At the same time, the permanent magnet DC motor works in synchronous mode because of the permanent magnet excitation.

  消除了感应电机转子铁心的转频损耗。这两方面使永磁直流电机的运行效率远高于感应电机,小容量电机的效率提高更明显。
