耐高温散热风扇风机能承受多高的温度?

  风扇风机有多种不同的类型,不同型号的风扇风机的功能又各不相同,如果选择一款耐高温的风扇风机的话,需要如何选择呢?

  首先,根据一些风扇风机使用的特殊环境,如果工作温度非常高,希望散热风扇能耐高温散热,那么,散热风扇能耐多高的温度呢?

风扇风机

  一般常规的散热风扇,工作温度是-10度-70度,如果特殊的环境,温度高于80度,需要特殊设计,用耐高温的IC,并将马达运转的电流降低,使马达自身的温度降低。

  另外,散热风扇风机的漆包线跟塑胶材料及导线也要用耐高温的,温度也不能超过100度。

  当温度过高时,不管是耐高温的散热风扇还是普通的散热风扇,寿命都会大大的降低,所以,在设计产品时,工程师要尽量将环境温度控制在70度以下,这样可选择的散热型风扇风机的范围自然就比较广泛了。
